Delivery - Setup - Pickup

Reservation:

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your selected items.

• The remaining balance is due upon setup.

Setup and Breakdown Fees:

• Setup and breakdown fees range from $25 to $100, based on the complexity of the rental.

• These fees ensure proper installation and dismantling of equipment.

​

Cancellation Policy:

• The 25% deposit is non-refundable if customer cancels within 72 hours of the event, with the exception of Bounce House Rentals, which can be canceled due to rain and/or wind.

​

Delivery Timeline:

• Residential rentals are typically delivered one day before the event and picked up the following day.

• Corporate events include delivery, setup, and pickup on the same day.

Insurance and Assurance:

• We are fully insured, guaranteeing a secure and stress-free rental experience.

• Our dedicated team ensures seamless delivery, setup, and pickup to make your events run smoothly.

 

Christmas Lighting Services:

Reservation and Setup:

• Reservations are recommended by September for an early November setup.

• We supply all materials, including lights, spools, extension cords, and timers.

• Setup and breakdown are included in the service.

​

End-of-Season (January 2nd):

• Customers can store provided supplies on their property at the end of the season.

Contracts:

• No formal contracts are provided for Christmas Lighting Services.

 

White Mobile Bar Truck Services:

• Please contact us for further documents to reserve our White Mobile Bar.

Bartending Services:

• We provide bartending services for private events, corporate functions, festivals, weddings, and any special occasions.
